Robert Green brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering, information technology and computing to OpenCape’s Board of Directors. Prior to his retirement he was a Vice Chancellor at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where he provided leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of information technology, services, systems, and infrastructure to meet the needs of the University's students, faculty, and staff. Previously Robert was a Staff Scientist at the ITT Advanced Technology Center in Shelton, CT.
