Lisa joined the OpenCape team in 2016. Originally from New England, Lisa grew up in Massachusetts and Connecticut and spent most of her summers on Cape Cod. After graduating from Boston College and working in an Off-Broadway production in NYC, she moved to Los Angeles where she became a Hollywood story editor, producer and writer. While in California, Lisa also helped to found an educational non-profit, where she created a unique movie-making program for teens and served as the organization’s Executive Director for twelve years.

After moving back to the East Coast in 2010, Lisa met and married her husband, a commercial fisherman, and they now reside in the Yarmouth house that was originally her grandparents’ home. In addition to a wide variety of development and PR initiatives for OpenCape, Lisa regularly pens stories about the rich variety of lifestyles, occupations and interests of the people of Cape Cod and Southeastern, MA. for numerous regional magazines.
