Rick joined the world-class OpenCape engineering team as an Outside Plant Engineer in 2021. He is a Computer Information Technology graduate from Tri-County Vocational Technical High School and has worked in the telephone communication industry as a contractor since 2008. Rick’s experience includes field surveying and identifying telephony and fiber optic facilities, OSP/ISP construction schematic creation, and quality review.
Rick’s expertise ranges from new fiber lateral service to entire roadway and service redesigns. He has experience in creating plans with Microsoft Visio, OSPInsight, iBwave FiberPass, and MicroStation. Rick loves working in our team environment to accomplish goals and help OpenCape achieve our mission.
