About GIGI SOHN
A longtime advocate for broadband access and an advisor to former FCC Chair Tom Wheeler during the Obama administration, a senior fellow and public advocate at the Benton Institute for Broadband & Society and Executive Director at the American Association for Public Broadband (AAPB). Sohn was nominated for FCC Commissioner by President Biden in October 2021.

About QUENTIN PALFREY

Director of Federal Funds and Infrastructure for the Healey Administration. Palfrey is charged with working across all secretariats to drive the administration’s competitive efforts around federal funding for key infrastructure, climate and economic development projects, including the role that broadband plays in the Commonwealth.

About SEAN GONSALVES

A senior reporter, editor and researcher for ILSR’s Community Broadband Networks Initiative. Sean was a longtime reporter, columnist, news editor and a former nationally syndicated columnist including the Oakland Tribune, Kansas City Star, and Seattle Post-Intelligencer. His work has also appeared in the Boston Globe, USA Today, the Washington Post, and the International Herald-Tribune.
