Make a Payment
You asked for it and we heard you! We now offer customers the opportunity to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments toward their account through our secure payment portal. This option is available to both Enterprise Customers (ENT) and Falmouth GPON (GPON) Customers.
CUSTOMER NUMBER – To make a payment online please have your newly issued customer number handy. Your customer number can be found on your invoice just below the account name and address starting with March, 2021 invoices. If you cannot find your customer number, please call or email us using the information provided below.
CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT – You will need to create a new account on our payment portal before making your first payment. Please complete the fields on the next screen and look out an Account Registration email that will allow you to create your password.
SELECT ACCOUNT – There are two deposit account to choose from, please refer to your Customer Number to select the appropriate account.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS – Returning account holders can log in with their user name and password each time they want to make a payment.
